You are whole, perfect and complete- but not finished.
Nurse coaching can help you get on with it.

Did you wake up today and wonder “WTF happened to me? I used to be happy!”
Are there parts of your life that are “on hold” that you’re ready to change, but you have no idea where to start? Could it be DRIFT?!
Drift is an area of your life that has stagnated. Maybe you put your health on the back burner to care for a family member. Maybe you were putting out fires at home, and checked out at work. Maybe your finances got out of whack while you were tending to other things… all of these are valid choices.
Drift happens when areas of our life get so out of harmony, and the unattended areas start to steal your happiness. And you don’t know how to get it back.
That’s where I come in.
This my favorite question (which is good, because I get asked it A LOT!). A Board Certified Nurse Coach is a registered nurse who has continued her education to earn a bachelor’s degree in nursing, and then continued on to learn about the principles of professional coaching practice. Ok, but what does that really MEAN?!
My Practice
Coaching is flexible: our conversations can happen in person or over the phone at a time that works for you!
